Service Description

Grab your tennis, lacrosse, or other type of balls and let's give our bodies some love! This class utilizes mobility techniques to work out knots, mobilize fascia, and help improve passive and active flexibility. This is a 45 minute, online class via Zoom. All participants will receive the link to the recording of the class to use for 7 days after the date of the class. This class is FREE for 10 class pack holders and $10 for everyone else. Those with the 10 class pack will receive an email with the Zoom link. Supplies: Mobility balls, tennis balls, baseballs, softballs, and/or lacrosse balls will come in handy. SOME kind of ball - preferably 2 if you have them. Yoga blocks, small sturdy boxes, or something similar to provide support/sit on may be helpful There is currently no minimum attendance requirement for this class.
